About the therapist
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
I approach my work as a therapist firmly believing that you as the client, are the expert in your life. While I have the educational and practical background in providing therapeutic services, you know yourself the best and as your potential future therapist, I want to be a teammate in your journey with mental health. I utilize evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Behavioral Activation, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to treat a range of mental health disorders including anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
Regardless of race, sexuality, gender, neurodivergence, disability status, size, country of origin, religious affiliation, or lack thereof, my therapeutic space will be welcome to all. Your identity is an important part of who you are today and I’m eager to learn more about not only what brings you into therapy, but who you are as a whole person. While working together in therapy we can explore different aspects of your identity and use this information to guide our treatment in a culturally responsive manner that fits with your needs and goals for treatment.
You matter and you don’t have to go through this alone. Reach out to me today to get started!
